He has worked on high-profile campaigns, including serving as State Political Director for Hillary Clinton in Colorado (2016) and as a consultant for Senator John Hickenlooper (2020). Tyler also supported the Bloomberg 2020 campaign and worked on both of President Obama’s campaigns, traveling domestically and abroad with his administration.

In the policy arena, Tyler served as Director of Government Affairs for MSU Denver and lobbied for the Colorado Department of Higher Education and Department of Regulatory Agencies.
