About The Steady
The Steady’s ultimate goal is twofold: to ensure Colorado has its own bench of community-based staffers, and to make the world of political staffing kinder, safer, more equitable, and more steady. With decades of campaign experience under our belts, we saw a need for campaign staff to have a place to return to for community, training, and stability—hence, “The Steady”.
