Jessica Smith is the Community Partnership and Outreach Manager at Connect for Health Colorado, the

state’s official health insurance marketplace. Before this, she worked in policy and communications for

Colorado’s Federally Qualified Health Centers and the National Stroke Association. She has a Master of

Social Work from The University of Denver with a focus on public policy. During her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, music, and camping.

Revolutionary Financial Advisor, Molly G. Berger specializes in socially and environmentally conscious investing to help clients from all backgrounds, careers and economic statuses align their dollars with their values. Her clients are financially informed and empowered, have a purpose for each of their earned dollars, are in control of their finances, and know they are on track to achieve future goals and dreams.

As a lifelong feminist, activist, and change agent, Molly is passionate about helping marginalized communities with financial literacy. She works primarily with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and artists. Her goal is to make financial planning an approachable, non-judgmental experience regardless of income, assets, or background. Born and raised in Denver, CO., Molly holds degrees from Whittier College and Claremont Graduate University. When she isn’t “Putting the Revolutionary in Fiduciary” she is enjoying reading, live music, and Mother Nature.

After a 15 year career in the Outdoor & Travel Industry, Lauren decided to become the Financial Advisor she had been looking for. "I always loved being my own boss, working on commission, having multiple gigs, & leading a more "non-traditional" life. When I struggled to find a Financial Advisor I resonated with, I knew what I had to do!" Lauren helps purpose-driven individuals and businesses create a long-term financial plan and make intentional values-aligned decisions with their money. "My team and I believe that the best way we can change our world is by helping folks who care about our planet and its people succeed. Having a solid plan and a trusted advisor to partner with is a big part of that!" Lauren works with her clients to create dynamic, values-aligned financial plans so her clients can spend less time wondering if they're "on track" and more time doing what they're passionate about. When not in the office, you can find her climbing, running, and ski touring around Colorado’s mountains & beyond!
